Orders may be placed online 24-hours a day, or by sending an email to info@kumohome.com. Please do not include your credit card information in any email. A Kumo Home representative will contact you during our regular business hours for processing.

For all other items, please refer to the lead times listed on the product page.

FREE SHIPPING

All orders enjoy FREE SHIPPING with delivery to an address within the 48 contiguous states. Depending on size and contents parcels ship via UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL or others.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Orders that contain multiple items will be shipped at the same time; you will receive an email with tracking your order (or group of items) is shipped.

TRACKING INFORMATION FOR OVERSIZED AND FREIGHT DELIVERIES

Please note, tracking information for freight deliveries may not show movement as soon as it is provided. Initially, tracking information will show "Unfulfilled" but will not show movement until it reaches the shipper's Hub for mid-transit inspection. Until it is scanned, the shipper is not going to have a record of your order. Once it is scanned your tracking will reflect when it was picked up, scanned, and typically will show estimated transit information. From there, shipments will start transit to the local terminal closest to you and the tracking will reflect that movement. Once it arrives locally, the shipper will give you a call to schedule the delivery with you at your convenience.

When an order is placed, it is instantly sent to our distribution warehouse for processing and shipping preparation. This means that unfortunately once an order is placed, we cannot alter or change it.

If your item is being delivered with an oversize carrier, please thoroughly inspect your item before signing for the delivery. Damages or defects or missing items must be noted on the receipt with the carrier. If the receipt from the carrier is signed and issues are not notated, Kumo Home is not responsible for any defects or damages found after delivery is completed.

SIGNING OF PROOF OF DELIVERY RECEIPT (POD)

The Proof of Delivery (POD) process is essential for ensuring that goods are received as expected, and signing the POD is more than just acknowledging the delivery—it confirms that the shipment was complete and intact. Before signing the POD, it's crucial to:

  1. Inspect the Cartons: Visually check all boxes for any signs of damage before accepting the delivery.
  2. Verify Items: Ensure that the items listed on the delivery order match what has been delivered.
  3. For White Glove Service: Wait for the items to be assembled and verify that no damage occurred during the setup before signing.
  4. Document Damages: If there is visible damage, point it out to the driver and take photos for your records.
  5. Record Property Damage: In case the delivery process caused any property damage, document it on the POD and take video or photos for proof.

Finally, after reviewing everything, make sure the driver signs or initials any notes related to damaged goods on the POD. Retain all packaging until the issue is resolved, as this can be crucial evidence in claims. Failure to document issues before signing may prevent Kumo Home from authorizing any damage claims.

DELAYED SHIPMENTS

Work restrictions may continue to affect shipments to and from our warehouse/vendor warehouses to impacted areas. Please reach out to our Client Services Team at info@kumohome.com, via chat on our site, or via our online form if you are experiencing delays or have questions about the status of an order, an agent can look into this for you and provide you the most up to date delivery information.

OUTSIDE US DELIVERIES

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. We offer free shipping to most regions worldwide, including (but not limited to) the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Spain, and Portugal.

Rates are calculated at checkout based on live rates from the United States Postal Service, FedEx or DHL and product weight information. Please note, tracking information is limited for shipments and we cannot guarantee a delivery date on International deliveries. If you are interested in expedited International delivery options please inquire.

Cost of shipping to International destinations does not include the cost of taxes, tariffs or other customs fees. All taxes, tariffs and other customs fees are the responsibility of the receiver.

International shipping lead times can be longer than the domestic lead times listed on the product page.
