Shipping: Flat shipping to the EU, USA, CA, AU, and NZ (45–60 days by sea container). Expedited air express (10–20 days) is available for an additional charge. No import duties or VAT due on delivery.

Delivery: Track your order in real time via My Orders. If packaging arrives damaged, refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Unpack promptly to discover any hidden transit damage.
