Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Returns are only free of charge in cases where the wrong product has been shipped or the goods are damaged. In all other situations, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  1. Defective Products: If you receive a product that is defective, please rest assured that the return shipping fees will be covered by Kumo Home. We aim to make the return process as hassle-free as possible for products that don’t meet quality standards.

  2. Non-Defective Products: We accept returns for non-defective products. However, in these cases, the return shipping fees must be covered by the customer. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before making a purchase to ensure satisfaction.

 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

  1. Before Shipment: We offer free exchanges for any products before they are shipped. If you change your mind or prefer a different product, we can accommodate your request without any additional cost, as long as the product has not yet been dispatched.

  2. After Shipment:

    • Damaged or Defective Products: In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged or defective, Kumo Home will cover the shipping fees for the exchange. We are committed to ensuring that you receive a product in perfect condition.
    • Other Cases: For exchanges due to reasons other than the product being damaged or defective (e.g., preference change), the customer will be responsible for the exchange shipping fees.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
