Stage 01
Raw Material Inspection
● Moisture content testing — every batch measured. Target: 6–8%. Rejected if above 12%.
● Grade classification — visual inspection for knots, cracks, colour consistency. Only select-grade heartwood.
● Certificate verification — FSC® chain-of-custody docs cross-checked against lot numbers.
● Leather inspection — thickness measurement, grain consistency, natural blemish count per hide.

Stage 02
Finished Product Inspection
● Every piece opened and inspected — not random sampling. 100% inspection rate.
● Surface quality — scratches, dents, finish uniformity checked under directional lighting.
● Structural integrity — joints, connections, weight-bearing points stress-tested.
● Dimensional accuracy — measurements verified against spec sheet (±2mm tolerance).
● Repair & re-inspect — any issue repaired on-site, then re-checked before passing.

Stage 03
Assembly & Function Inspection
● Hardware test — every hinge, handle, and fitting checked for secure attachment.
● Drawer slides — smooth operation, full extension, weight load tested.
● Door alignment — open/close 50 cycles. Gap uniformity measured.
● Shelf stability — loaded to rated capacity, checked for deflection.
● Wobble test — placed on flat surface, checked for rocking.

Packaging Standards & Drop Test
We don’t just pack and hope. We pack and test.
Packaging Standards
● Multi-layer: foam → cardboard → corner guards → outer carton
● Reinforced corner protectors on all 8 corners
● Soft non-woven fabric between surfaces
● Custom-cut foam inserts prevent internal movement
● Glass/door panels: separate protective layer + FRAGILE marking

Drop Test Protocol
● Standard drop — 60cm drop on each face, edge, and corner
● Vibration simulation — simulates 45–60 days ocean container vibration
● Compression test — stacked 3-high to simulate container stacking
● Post-test inspection — package opened, product checked for damage
● Result — if damage found, packaging revised and retested
